P90X fitness system is everywhere at the moment, online and on tv - but one question remains, does p90x really work?
I bought the p90x system a couple of months ago after watching the infomercial on TV and then going to their website online, and I have to say, I'm impressed with the result!
I've pretty much stuck to their training regime, although I've missed the odd day here and there, I've been pretty dedicated to it - I do my workout after work in the evenings, takes me about an hour a day - and boy, does p90x get you fit! Its not for the faint of heart, you're gonna have to workout pretty hard - but it DOES work like they say it will as long as you stick to the workouts!
